Good businesses are built on trust and honesty. You place your sensitive business information in AMZ Tracker. We must honor that trust by ensuring that information remains private and confidential from everyone, including us.

Recently, some articles have raised concerns over the fact that last year AMZ Tracker became a subsidiary of ValueLink based in Shenzhen, a company that is also a serious Amazon Seller. I thought I would use this opportunity to introduce myself and address any concerns.

First, my name is Jon Myers and in early February of this year (2017) I assumed the role of CEO of AMZ Tracker here in Shenzhen.

Who I am?

I’m an American entrepreneur and digital product designer who was previously based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

I’ve helped launch and scale companies, worked with big companies and have started some of my own.

My wife and I have more cats than we’d like to admit. 🙂

I’ve been good friends with Travis prior to the rise of AMZ Tracker. Over the better part of last year, I’ve gotten to know Jerry and the folks at ValueLink.

Knowing Travis and knowing the brilliant and dedicated team behind AMZ Tracker, my wife and I decided to move our family of cats and selves to Shenzhen.

Over the past few weeks, we understand how frustrating a period this has been for you as a Seller and user of AMZ Tracker. Our aim has always been to get the issues ironed out as quickly and efficiently for all our customers, without causing too many disruptions.

I realize this hasn’t always been the case and it’s something we take seriously and are taking action on. We have taken extreme actions to upgrade our infrastructure to improve the platform’s performance.

I’ve spent hours upon hours sitting with sellers just listening and learning about how you work and what you want.

We are applying those learnings to make our offering to you more useful and impactful on your business.
